Description

Red turtle cake is a tradition rice dessert, usually seen in the holidays, worshipping gods and celebrating longevity, depriving form the longevity  concept from turtles. The cakes are mostly the round shape, in the meaning of reunion. Tzulaï inspired by the cake model, keeping the symbol of longevity and fortune, transforms into dessert dishes to deliver the blessing.
